Mwah Cases: Our Policy

We want your Mwah piece to be your new obsession. If something isn't quite right, we’ve got your back. We aim to keep our process simple, fair, and transparent for everyone.

Exchanges

  • The Window: You have 7 days from delivery to reach out regarding a defective or incorrect item.

  • Keep it Pristine: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and looking just as fresh as when they arrived.

  • Proof Required: To ensure a fair review, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please provide a continuous video starting from the very beginning of opening the parcel, with the shipping label clearly visible.

  • Important: We are unable to accept exchange requests if the incorrect model or design was selected at the time of purchase.


Making Things Right

  • The "Oops" Fix: If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not the model you ordered, we will make it right. We will arrange an exchange for the correct item.
  • Out of Stock: Should an item be out of stock, we will issue store credit to your account. We do not offer returns or cash refunds.

  • Store Credit Details: Your store credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issue, giving you plenty of time to find your next favorite piece.
